Fusion Trobe offers fashion jewelry, handbags, clutches, shawls, and accessories. All products are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Product Information & Pricing
We strive to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted nature. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Fusion Trobe reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues.
Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments via Shopify-supported methods (credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.). Fusion Trobe reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier service. Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped. Fusion Trobe is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Customers must record an unboxing video showing the package and product condition upon opening. Returns or refunds will only be processed if the video clearly shows the product was damaged upon arrival. Requests must be raised within 24hrs of delivery.
Important: If the product or box is damaged due to courier mishandling, customers must contact the courier directly for claims. Fusion Trobe is not responsible for damages caused during transit by shipping providers. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging for return eligibility. Customized or final sale items are non-returnable.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 30 mins of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, logos, product designs, descriptions) belongs to Fusion Trobe. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Product Use & Care
Our jewelry and accessories are fashion items and should be handled with care. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain product longevity.
