At Fusion Trobe, we take pride in delivering quality products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns or refunds only under the following condition:
The item is damaged upon arrival
To qualify:
- Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
- The video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The product inside in its original condition
- If the video clearly shows the product was damaged at the time of delivery, we will process a refund or replacement.
Timeframe for Requests
- All return/refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or clearance items
Important – Shipping Damage Disclaimer
- If the outer packaging/box is damaged due to courier mishandling, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier
- Fusion Trobe is not responsible for damages caused during transit by courier services
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for damaged items (subject to availability)

- Unboxing video
- Clear images (if applicable)
For any return or refund requests, customers must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package, clearly showing the product in its original condition inside the box. If the video provides clear evidence that the item was damaged upon arrival, Fusion Trobe will proceed with the return or refund.
If the box or product is damaged due to mishandling by the shipping courier, customers are advised to contact the courier service directly for compensation. Fusion Trobe is not responsible for damages caused during transit by courier services.
