• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location
• Free shipping may be offered on select promotions

Tracking Orders

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS
• Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment

Delays

Fusion Trobe is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service issues
• Weather conditions
• Customs clearance (international orders)
• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

Incorrect Address

• If a wrong address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments
• Re-shipping charges will apply

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Fusion Trobe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered
• Customers should contact the courier directly in such cases

Damaged Packages

• If the package appears damaged on delivery, we recommend:
• Recording a video before opening
• Reporting immediately

International Shipping (Important)

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country
• These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
